Hello!

Hello, I'm Daniel Kimball, and
throughout this week and the next I will be showing you my second 30 day challenge, called OMASD, or Overweight Martial Arts/Self Defense.  I am somewhat overweight, so creating a martial art form that uses one's own body as a counterweight against an opponent is going to be a challenge.  Not only is it physically demanding, it requires intellect to come up with different forms of combat.  Thank you, and I'm looking forward to posting my progress throughout these weeks!
